Refund Policy

At Paycron, we are dedicated to providing specialized eCheck processing services, including check verification, creation, and other software-related functionalities, all of which are directly tied to banking systems. Due to the nature of these services, which are executed in real-time and often involve third-party institutions, all transactions processed through Paycron are non-refundable.

While our services are designed to verify checks and ensure accurate processing, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee the clearance or approval of checks with your financial institution. The approval or rejection of checks is solely dependent on the policies and procedures of your bank or financial institution. As such, Paycron assumes no liability for returned or unpaid checks. The responsibility for any unpaid checks, including associated fees, rests solely with you, the Merchant.

Refund Requests for Returned or Unpaid Checks

Please be advised that Paycron does not offer refunds for any checks that are returned unpaid, whether due to insufficient funds, account closures, stop payments, or any other reasons. Our role is limited to processing checks based on the information provided by you, and we do not validate or guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of the checks issued. Therefore, requests for refunds based on returned or unpaid checks will not be honored.

It is also the Merchant’s responsibility to ensure that all transactions processed through our platform are legitimate and authorized by the account holder. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in transaction failures, which are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.

Refunds Upon Account Closure

In the event of account closure, Paycron will refund any remaining prepaid balance in your account, less any applicable account maintenance or service fees. To initiate the refund process, a written request must be submitted to Paycron. Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receiving the request and will be issued using the original method of payment or deposited to the account originally used for funding.

Please note the following terms for refund eligibility upon account closure:

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method or the originating bank account.

  • Refunds for corporate accounts must be returned to the corporate entity’s bank account. We do not issue refunds to individual or personal accounts for corporate funds.

  • No refunds will be issued for dissolved corporations, entities no longer in operation, or accounts with unresolved legal or regulatory matters.

  • Paycron reserves the right to deduct any outstanding balances, fees, or penalties owed at the time of account closure from the prepaid balance before issuing a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

Paycron offers various services that are considered non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Check verification services, which are performed as part of our agreement but do not guarantee check clearance.

  • Software-related services such as check creation, automation tools, and other eCheck processing solutions, which are provided on an as-is basis once delivered.

  • Custom integrations or services specifically developed for your business needs.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Paycron reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated through official channels, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
