Check Generation: Our system will generate your checks directly. These checks can be conveniently downloaded from your eCheck Dashboard once your prepaid account is funded.
Fees and Balance Management:
Account Fees: All fees related to check processing are deducted directly from your prepaid balance. It is essential to keep track of these deductions to ensure you have sufficient funds available.
Prepaid Balance: You can view your prepaid balance directly on your Paycron dashboard. This feature allows you to monitor the available funds in real-time.
Billing Section After processing a check, you can verify the deduction of funds from your prepaid balance in the billing section of the portal. This ensures transparency and allows you to keep track of all transactions and fees associated with your account.
For assistance with ACH or wire transfers, please consult with your local banker. Any attempts to bypass the approved prepayment options will result in the cancellation of the transaction, and the funds will not be credited to your account.
