Account Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Terms

You retain the right to cancel your Paycron service at any time, in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation of service can be initiated at your discretion, but please be aware of the following important details regarding refunds, fees, and procedural requirements:

  • No Refunds for Partial Service: Please be aware that once the service has commenced, no refunds will be provided for the month in which the cancellation request is submitted. This policy applies to all fees and payments, including but not limited to subscription fees, transaction credits, and any other prepaid amounts.

  • Annual Security Fees: Annual Security/Maintenance Fees, or any other fees specified under your service plan, remain due and payable upon cancellation. This includes any amounts that were billed for the full annual period, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.

2. Cancellation Process

To initiate the cancellation of your Paycron service, please follow the outlined procedure:

  • Cancellation Request: Send a formal cancellation request via registered email to our dedicated support address: support@paycron.com. Ensure that your email includes all necessary account details, such as your account number and the reason for cancellation, to facilitate a smooth and timely processing of your request.

  • Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, Paycron will acknowledge your request and confirm the receipt via email. 3. Potential Fees and Obligations

  • Data Retention and Access: Upon cancellation, access to your account and any associated data will be terminated. Paycron will not be responsible for retaining or providing access to your data beyond the cancellation date. We strongly advise you to back up any essential data or information before initiating the cancellation process, as Paycron will permanently delete all data from the portal upon cancellation.

4. Post-Cancellation Considerations

  • Service Termination: Once your service has been officially canceled, all access to Paycron’s software, portal, and other services will be terminated. You will no longer have the ability to access or use any features provided by Paycron.

  • Intellectual Property: Upon cancellation, you are required to cease the use of any Paycron trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property. This includes removing all references to Paycron from your website, marketing materials, and any other public or private communications.

  • Future Use: Should you decide to re-engage with Paycron’s services in the future, a new agreement will be required, and any applicable fees or charges will be based on the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
